Video: Police believe suspect robbed same Dollar General twice in one week

AKRON, Ohio — Police are asking for help identifying the suspect in an aggravated robbery at a Dollar General in Akron.

Akron police say it happened at the 1356 S. Arlington St. location on Nov. 1. The suspect came into the store at just before 8:30 p.m. and robbed the store at gunpoint.

Police say the suspect is also suspected in a robbery at the same location on Oct. 28.

He is described as a black male between the ages of 20 and 25. He is between 5’8″ and 5’9″ tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He was wearing a green hoodie, black pants, a black hat and a black scarf.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call Akron police at 330-375-2490.
