CLEVELAND- An arrest warrant has been issued for a man charged with criminal damaging after the FOX 8 I-Team exposed a case of road rage in University Circle.

Court records show 30-year-old Brandon Davis did not appear in Cleveland Municipal Court Thursday morning for a hearing.

The incident happened this summer and it was caught on camera by the victim. He is among a growing number of drivers hitting the streets with cameras rolling in their cars.

The victim told us he blew the horn at another car he thought was drifting. Then, at a stoplight, the victim said a man got out of the passenger’s side of that other car, walked overkicked the victim’s car, just outside of the camera's view. It left a big dent.

At first, police said they couldn’t find out the name of the suspect. Then after our report, police said they had identified him as Davis.
