ASHLAND, Ohio -- A former Ashland County teacher accused of secretly recording students in the bathroom has pleaded no contest in his case.

Elliot Gornall, 32, pleaded no contest to a total of 181 counts in Ashland County Common Pleas Court Thursday morning.  He previously pleaded not guilty to his charges.

The indictment against Gornall was filed back in June. Authorities say he recorded 25 of his students using a tiny spy camera that he installed in a bathroom next to his classroom in Loudonville.

His charges included illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and pandering obscenity involving a minor.
