L.A. firm chosen to monitor settlement agreement between city, DOJ

CLEVELAND, Ohio — An announcement was made today of an independent monitor that will assess and report on the progress of the settlement agreement between the city and the Department of Justice.

Mayor Frank Jackson and U.S. Attorney Steven Dettelbach made the announcement this morning.

The Police Assessment Resource Center, based in Los Angeles, has been chosen to monitor the process.
