Louis Stokes leaves lasting legacy on city of Cleveland

CLEVELAND- Former Congressman Louis Stokes, a trailblazer in Cleveland's African-American community, passed away late Tuesday after a battle with cancer. He was 90 years old.

But his name will remain a fixture around the city, from the east wing of the Cleveland Public Library to the Cleveland VA Medical Center.
