CLEVELAND- Police have taken a man into custody for questioning on the cold case murder of off-duty fire Lt. William Walker, the FOX 8 I-Team learned on Wednesday.
The man was booked in the Cleveland City Jail Wednesday afternoon. No official charges have been filed yet, so we are not releasing the man’s name.
Walker, 45, was walking up the driveway to his house on Lampson Drive on Nov. 3, 2013 when she was gunned down. Police have not yet given a motive for Walker’s murder.
Late last year, Crime Stoppers added $4,000 to the $20,000 reward offered by the Cleveland Fire Union for information leading to an arrest.
