Police in Jackson Township looking for two unsuccessful bank robbers

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, OH – Police in Jackson Township are looking for two suspects who tried to rob a bank Friday morning.

According to the Jackson Township Police Department,  two black men wearing yellow ski masks walked into the Community One Credit Union on Frank Avenue NW at 9:30 a.m. One of the asked a front desk  employee where the money was, the other went to a teller and asked for money. Neither man made any threats or showed a weapon and they left without any money.

The first black male was approximately 6’ tall and had a medium build. He was wearing a black jacket with plaid stripes, black baggy pants, yellow gloves and black and white (possibly Nike) tennis shoes.

The second black male was approximately 5’6”, very thin build and wearing a grey suit jacket with a black t-shirt underneath, black pants, black gloves and white tennis shoes.

The suspects’ vehicle is possibly a tan, gold or silver sedan.
