CLEVELAND – Two of the victims from a triple homicide on Ada Avenue in Cleveland have been identified.

Police found the bodies of 26-year-old K’yara Artis, 76-year-old Melvin Johnson and one other person after concerned residents called Cleveland police Friday and asked them to perform a welfare check on their neighbors who hadn’t been seen in a couple of days.

Police are currently searching for a 2007 Red Chevy Tahoe with the license plate ER70VY in connection with the murders. Anyone with information should contact Cleveland police at 216-623-5618.

When officers arrived to Ada Avenue, they say there were no overt signs of a forced entry, but inside the house police found three people dead from apparent gunshot wounds. Two of the victims were upstairs and the third was downstairs.
