Masked man robs Brooklyn bank, threatens customers

BROOKLYN, Ohio- A man wearing a mask robbed a bank in Brooklyn Saturday morning.

The suspect walked into the Fifth Third Bank on Tiedeman Road and demanded customers, including a young child, to face the wall. According to the Cleveland Division of the FBI, the man said he had a gun and told employees they had 30 seconds to give him all the cash.

No one was injured.

The suspect was about 200 pounds and was between 5’10” and 6′ with a blond goatee. He was wearing a hooded-sweatshirt and a runner’s mask.

Anyone with information should call the Brooklyn Police Department at 216-749-1234 or the Cleveland Division of the FBI at 216-522-1400. Reward money is available for information leading to the suspect’s arrest.
