CLEVELAND - After a massive fire ripped through an apartment building on Saturday night, officials are now trying to determine what started it.

The blaze began shortly after 10 p.m. at 91st and Lorain Avenue, for much of Saturday night.  There were also power outages in the area because a number of transformers blew out as crews fought to control the flames.

The rood collapsed in places, which will slow down the investigation as the safety of those searching through the rubble is most important.

Police have said it was in no way related to any of the protests stemming from the Brelo verdict that was announced Saturday morning.

Three men  were transported to MetroHealth Medical Center with minor injuries, according to EMS. Two of those men have since been released.
