NEW SOUTH WALES, Australia– It may give you a case of the creepy crawlies.  Spiders appeared to be raining down in Australia.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, the baby spiders have been blanketing the area in webs. One resident said his house looked like it had been “abandoned and taken over by spiders.”

According to researchers, migration techniques could explain why people thought it was raining spiders. One technique reportedly leads to a large amount of gossamer or ‘Angel Hair,’ which is the silk produced by spiders.*Read much more here*
