BOSTON – The Cavaliers are now 3-0 in the series with the Celtics after a 103-95 win on Thursday. They will advance to the next round automatically with a win Sunday.

The Cavs went into halftime with an 8-point lead, but it wasn’t for a lack of effort on the Celtics part. Although, Evan Turner was called for a flagrant foul on LeBron James right before the half, helping the Cavs add to their lead.

The Celtics came back aggressively in the second half, but toward the end of the third quarter, the Cavs took a nice lead, before the Celtics fought back again.

The Cavs kept their lead throughout the fourth, but the Celtics came close a few times.
