KENT - Linden Adkins, an assistant professor of computer systems at Kent State University, has been charged with menacing after a road rage incident was caught on camera.

Adkins was shown on camera confronting the driver of a minivan, when he then grabs the windshield wiper before the minivan driver pulls away.

Adkins told Fox 8 that the driver was texting and almost hit a female pedestrian, that is what sparked his reaction.

Adkins' status at the university is not available, but he says students have told him that he will be suspended.
