After months, even years, of wondering if Hillary Clinton will run for president in 2016, it looks like we have an answer.

According to The Guardian, a source says she will officially launch her presidential campaign on Sunday.

The announcement is expected to come on her Twitter account at noon, followed by a video and email announcement, sources told The Guardian.

Clinton is expected to be traveling to Iowa when the announcement is made.

Clinton will be the first Democratic candidate to declare for the 2016 presidential election. If she is successful in her bid, she would become the first female president in U.S. history.

A new Quinnipiac University poll released Thursday showed Clinton trailing Kentucky senator and Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul in Iowa. Paul announced his candidacy on Tuesday.

Clinton is considered the front-runner within the Democratic party.
