STOW  -The City of Stow has lifted the boil alert for the area west of Route 8 and south of Steels Corners Road.

Customers of the City of Stow Water System were notified on Friday, April 3 of a potential problem with the drinking water after a valve failure. They were advised to boil their drinking water. The problem has been corrected, bacteria sample results are negative, and it is no longer necessary to boil the water.
