SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — A home listed as being in a “deteriorative state” has sold for a whopping $1.2 million in San Francisco.

But it does have an ocean view from the upper level and attic.

Redfin Real Estate listed the 1,832-square-foot four-bedroom, two bathroom home for $799,000.

The listing states:

“Contractors’ Special! Seriously. Property is in a deteriorative state; needs everything, not for the novice. Decedent Trust sale. House sits on a deep and wide lot with ocean view from upper level and attic. Very hip area — great upside potential for builder/contractor.”

It was listed Feb. 24, 2015 and sold on March 24. It was paid for in cash.
