NORTH RIDGEVILLE, Ohio — Police have identified the woman whose body was found in a field off of Victory Lane in North Ridgeville Sunday.

Police say the woman is 26-year-old Rachele Tyburski, of Lakewood, Ohio.

Authorities are still trying to determine the exact cause of death.

Lorain County Coroner Dr. Stephen Evans previously said there was some trauma to her head and chest, but it was not severe enough to cause her death.

Initial drug screenings all came back negative, and Dr.  Evans said there were no signs of drug abuse found on her body.

He said additional tests were conducted and will take approximately two weeks or longer for results.

Dr.  Evans said the victim had been deceased for 24 to 48 hours but most likely was not in the field the entire time.  Lorain Rd. and on-ramps to both the turnpike and I-480 are very close to the field.

Anyone with information is asked to call North Ridgeville Police Department at 440-327-2191.
