Firefighters continue to monitor flooding in Vermilion

INDEPENDENCE, Ohio - The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a flood warning for the Cuyahoga River at Independence until tomorrow morning, March 15th.

The fire department has been monitoring the area throughout the day to ensure action can be taken quickly if the water levels change.

These photos were taken in the area of Riverside Road. Police in Vermilion tell us that the areas with the most water are Riverside, Nautica and Lagoon Roads.
