CLEVELAND– Canton native Brian Hartline has agreed to terms to come back to Northeast Ohio and play for the Cleveland Browns.

Hartline, a Canton GlenOak alum, who starred at Ohio State, will sign a two-year deal, for a reported $6 million.

The wide receiver played in Miami six seasons and caught 298 passes for 4,243 yards and 12 TDs. He had back-to-back seasons in 2012 and 2013 where he had over 1,000 yards receiving.

He was released by the Dolphins two weeks ago in a salary cap move. Four other teams, including his old team, Miami, were vying for his services.
