Angry teen hit and killed while throwing tantrum in street

APOPKA, Fla. — A 13-year-old Florida girl was hit and killed after sitting in the middle of the road during an argument with her mom.

WESH reports Trinity Bachmann and her family had been at the Central Florida Fair for a Future Farmers of America program. She’d been preparing to show her pig named Robin.

On the way home, she got angry over who got to sit in the front seat and instead sat in the roadway. Her mother was trying to get her out of the street, when a car crashed into them.

Trinity’s mom survived, but Trinity passed away.

The driver of the car that hit them was tested for impairment. The incident is still under investigation.
