Cleveland city worker shot four times outside house on East 146th Street

CLEVELAND- A city worker was shot four times on Cleveland’s east side Monday, police said.

The victim was taking his out dog and warming up his car when the shooting happened outside his home on East 146th Street.

Cleveland police said the suspect was in the yard of a nearby house when he fired shots, hitting the victim in his hand, body, knee and femur.

A spokesman for Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson identified the victim as Alandis H. Gullatt, who is a house connection inspector with water pollution control.

He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center.
