- 1 ½ cups plain, unsweetened rice milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ orange, peeled
- 6 pitted dates, dried
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 2 cups frozen cranberries
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1 (or Smoothie setting).
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then High.
- Blend for 45 seconds.
