Shots fired in robbery at east side pizza shop

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Police are investigating after two men reportedly robbed a pizza shop in Cleveland Sunday afternoon.

Police say it happened at around 12:30 p.m. at Georgio’s Pizza, located at East 156th Street and Lakeshore.

Both suspects had guns, reports state, and at one point, shots were fired inside the store. The men fled on foot with cash, then got into a purple or maroon vehicle.

No arrests have been made in the robbery.
