Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Apple Cider Vinegar and Bacon

  • 5 Each Brussels Sprouts – Halved
  • 4 Each Strips of Bacon – Minced
  • 1 tsp. Red Onion – Minced
  • 2 tsp. Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1 oz. Apple Cider
  • ¼ tsp Kosher salt and Black Pepper



  1. Roast the Brussels sprouts for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven and reserve
  2. Sauté bacon on low heat to render the bacon when bacon is cooked remove the bacon pieces with a slotted spoon and reserve 2 tsp. of bacon fat in the pan
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts and red onions to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes
  4. Add Apple cider and Apple cider vinegar and cook for 1 minute
  5. Pour into plate and top with cooked bacon pieces
