The doctor says any longer will create sleep inertia — that feeling of grogginess and not wanting to wake up.
The nap is known to improve mood, alertness and performance.
Knowing that, some work places allow people to nap on the job.
The article stated even pilots sometimes nap while in flight, as long as the co-pilot is awake.
