CLEVELAND — Tomorrow is your chance to support children in our community by helping FOX 8 Stuff the Bus.

We have had the fortunate partnership with the Cleveland Kids In Need Resource Center which provides teachers from area schools that qualify for help, the opportunity to shop for free to get school supplies for their students.

Thanks to your wonderful support, the program has been able to grow each year and now all of Cuyahoga County schools that qualify can participate.

We will be collecting the school supplies Thursday, July 31, from 6:30a-7p right in our front yard here at FOX 8, 5800 Dick Goddard Way.

**Stay tuned for live coverage throughout the morning on Thursday, both on-air and right here on FOX8.com**

Here is a list of school supplies that are needed:

  •   We really need crayons this year; 24-count box of crayons preferred
  •   Wide or College rule filler paper or notebooks
  •   2 pocket folders
  •   Number 2 pencils
  •   Construction paper
  •   8 1/2 by 11 copy paper
  •   Colored markers and pencils
  •   Black and Blue pens
  •   Boxes of tissue
  •   Anti-bacterial soap or wipes.

Plus, we will always take back packs, or school bags, art supplies, anything and everything school supply related. To our area businesses that may have old letterhead or things with old logos– teachers can use it, so bring it down.

The FOX 8 Stuff the Bus is sponsored by Great Clips and Hudec Dental.

This is our 8th year and we hope it is our best year to date.

Please join us this Thursday and help us give a great start to the school year for our area children.
