CLEVELAND, Ohio — A name has been chosen for a baby giraffe born at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo back in June.

After the zoo asked the public for suggestions, Adia has been chosen as the baby’s new name.

The name means “gift” in Swahili.

Adia was born June 22 to first-time mom Jhasmin and father Travis. She was six feet tall and weighed 123 pounds.

She is the 47th giraffe calf born at the zoo since 1955.
