Prenuptial agreements are starting to include social media clauses to protect the individuals from any ugliness that could potentially unfold online.

While they may be customized, some agreements state no pictures or posts may be made after a split, according to FoxNews.com.

That extends to Twitter, Facebook and social media in general.

If the prenup is violated, “monetary sanctions” may be imposed.
