CALIFORNIA — A family in Upland, California is trying to figure out what to do after their live-in nanny refuses to leave their home after she was fired.

CBS Los Angeles reports that Marcel and Ralph Bracamonte found Diane Stretton on Craigslist and hired her in March to help care for their children and help around the house.

They said the first couple of months with the nanny were good, then she stopped working and complained of health issues.

The Bracamontes even called police when Stretton refused to leave, but there’s nothing they can do.

They are now waiting for Stretton to respond to a legal notice.
