Addicted: Being busy a ‘biological need’ for some

Are you the type of person that never seems to have enough hours in the day to get things done? You may have an addiction.

Health experts say many have a “biological need” to be busy all the time, according to Inc. Magazine.

That’s because having a full schedule feels good, and it flatters our egos. In its most dangerous form, it’s an uncontrolled urge to be in a state of business with a need to get things done.

Like all addictions, they start small and can snowball out of control.
