FBI: Man robs bank with shoe polish on face

MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio – The FBI is searching for a bank robbery suspect after he robbed a Middleburg Heights bank with black shoe polish on his face.

According to the Cleveland FBI, the man entered the bank on Bagley Road with a black semi-automatic handgun at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. The man had what appeared to be black shoe polish on his face.

The man demanded money from the two tellers in the bank.

The suspect was described as a white man, with a thin build. He was wearing a black knit hat, black sunglasses, gloves, and a green plaid shirt.

The suspect was seen in a Black Chevy Cobalt driving toward I-71 on Bagley Road.

Reward money is being offered for any information leading to the suspect’s arrest and prosecution.
