The mother accused of leaving her two young children at the Salvation Army Harbor Light Facility has been found.

Cleveland police said Alisha Houston, 31, was found in Worthington, Ohio on Friday; that’s in Franklin County. On Saturday, detectives will bring her back to Cleveland.

Earlier on Friday, the Cleveland Division of Police said tips from the public helped them name Houston as the mother.

A warrant for felony child endangering was issued not only because the children were left unattended but also because injuries to one of the children were discovered during a medical exam.

Police said Houston went to the facility around 2 a.m. Wednesday with a 1-year-old boy and a 3-week-old girl and was given a room. When officials checked on her at 9 a.m., only the two children were there.

The children will be placed in the custody of the Department of Children and Family Services.

Police said Houston gave a false name when she checked into the facility.
