CLEVELAND — Call it nature’s art.
An eight inch water main break in Cleveland created a constant puddle at East 55th Street and Carnegie this week.
The area is blocked off by orange barrels but drivers can still pass through.
With the temperatures we’ve had, each vehicle creates a splash that freezes to whatever it hits.
The nearby utility poles are encased in ice, as are the barrels, sidewalk and part of a building.
It seems this is the winter of weird weather happenings.
