Arrest Made in Lakewood Apartment Fire

LAKEWOOD, Ohio — An arrest has been made in a fire that hospitalized one person and damaged a Lakewood apartment building Friday.

Police said the fire started around 4 p.m. at an apartment building in the 14800 block of Clifton Boulevard.

The man accused of setting the fire lived in the building, said police, and was on the verge of being evicted.

The fire started on the second floor, and firefighters were able to contain the flames to six apartments.
