Winter Storm Causes Power Outages

CLEVELAND — Thousands of Northeast Ohioans woke up to no power Tuesday morning.

The winter storm that moved through caused power outages throughout the area.

As of 8:15 a.m., First Energy reported 803 homes were in the dark. The majority of those outages were in Stark and Clark counties.

Earlier in the morning, more than 9,000 homes were without power.
