KANSAS CITY (KCTV) -- A little boy born without a right hand gets a new one -- thanks to a printer.
Matthew Shields, 9, was born with only a thumb on his right hand. It didn't become an issue for him until this year, when kids in his school started picking on him.
Then, his mom discovered what's called "Robohand," a mechanical hand made with a 3D printer. When the wrist curls, so do the fingers.
They made one for Matthew at the county library.
