An Indianapolis family has turned an act of Mother Nature into a major town attraction.
According to the Veal family’s Facebook page, the ice tree has been a tradition since 1961 when it was 30-feet-tall.
Back in the 80s, it grew to be 80-feet-tall.
Family members tell WXIN-TV in Indianapolis that the cold weather could help them reach historic heights this winter.
According to the family, 6 hoses have been running non-stop since December to help create the massive ice sculpture.
