CLEVELAND, Ohio — Wednesday marks what would have been the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s 85th birthday.

To mark the occasion, Trinity Cathedral invited folks to watch a movie based on the life of another civil rights pioneer.

It held a special screening of “42: The Jackie Robinson Story.”

The showing was the first in a series of events ahead of MLK Day on Monday.

Sunday, the Rev. Dr. Otis Moss Jr. will honor King’s legacy at the cathedral’s 11:15 a.m. service.
