CLEVELAND – As of start of service Wednesday morning, all RTA bus routes and rapid lines are expected to be back up and running.

This includes all Red and Waterfront Lines, according to Mary McCahon Shaffer, with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority.

Weather related issues caused significant delays and reduced service on all RTA buses and rapids early Tuesday.

The cold caused some buses to experience mechanical issues.  Many had frozen air systems, meaning the brakes, doors and heating did not work properly.
