FTND Playoff Edition: Route 82 Corridor

Friday Night Touchdown's P.J. Ziegler sipped on his hot chocolate and took in the Avon Lake versus Highland game at Serpentini Stadium.  It was a back and forth battle but Highland hung on to win 28-21.

Highland was led by quarterback Bruce Kinsey who threw for two touchdowns and rushed for 159 yards on 24 carries.  Hornets running back Alex Harris had 16 carries for  59 yards and two touchdowns.  The Hornets move on to play Massillon.

P.J.  then checked out the Painesville Riverside Beavers against the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Bees.  The Bees had a 34-14 lead at the half and continued to add on as they won 53-35.  The Bees were led by Tim Tupa who rushed for four touchdowns and passed for another.  Next up for the Bees are the Madison Blue Streaks.
