CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Municipal Parking Lot opened at noon Thursday for tailgaters, but a line formed down South Marginal Road well before.

Browns fans started their party anyway and set up a game of corn hole at the side of the road.

The Cleveland Browns will take on the Buffalo Bills Thursday night at FirstEnergy Stadium.

Vehicles will be permitted through the eastern portion of the lot before 5:30 p.m.

After 5:30 p.m., vehicles will be permitted in both portions of the lot.

Tailgaters will not be permitted to leave and return or move their vehicles from the east lot to the west lot.

The Willard Parking Garage will open for special event parking at 5:00 p.m.

With rain in the forecast for Thursday, the Cleveland Browns want to remind fans that umbrellas are not permitted in the stadium.

Kickoff is at 8:25 p.m.
