One Dead in Overnight House Fire

CLEVELAND — At least one person is dead following a house fire on the city’s east side overnight.

The fire began on the second floor of a two-unit home around 2:30 a.m. on Ohlman Avenue near East 116th Street, according to the Cleveland Fire Department.

The residents living on the first floor got out safely.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
