MICHIGAN–A couple dubbed ‘Romeo and Juliet,’ after they reportedly ran away when they were told they couldn’t be together, will have to be monitored.

Jayden Nicole Thomas, 13, and Braxton Michael Edward Wood, 14, took off at the end of August and were found in Chicago on Sunday.

According to WWJ, a judge in Michigan ruled that the teens must wear electronic monitors and can’t have contact with each other.

Right before they disappeared, Jayden’s mother said she told her daughter that their six-month relationship had become too serious.

The couple was set to start their freshman year at different high schools last week.
