GREENE COUNTY -- Video has been released showing an Ohio State Highway Patrolman running down a motorcycle.

The dashboard camera in the cruiser shows what happened along Route 35 near Dayton last month.

The trooper's car crashed right into the back of the motorcycle without even slowing down. The trooper then got out of the car, trying to help the man and woman who were thrown onto the road.

Corey and Amy Waldman suffered broken bones, cuts, scraps and concussions.

The trooper involved in the crash has never been disciplined in his career and was even "Trooper of the Year" at the Xenia post in 2012.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol will not comment on the crash until their investigation is complete.
