CLEVELAND — The Indians were looking for the sweep against the New York Mets Sunday afternoon, but they had to settle for the series win instead.

There were very few runs the entire game. The Mets and Indians entered the 9th inning at 1-1 with Chris Perez on the hill.

Eric Young Jr. doubled to right field, scoring the go-ahead run.

The Indians managed just five hits, all singles, and their four-game winning streak is over with the 2-1 loss.

The Tribe is now two games back in the Wild Card race.

They will take on the Kansas City Royals Monday night at 7:05 p.m. at Progressive Field.
