If you find diets to be confusing and ineffective, don’t worry.  Researchers say there’s a better way to lose weight.

According to the Journal of the American Medical Association as reported by Fox News, a lifestyle change is the way to go.

The article described a three-prong technique that focused on dietary counseling (learning portion control and how to eat at restaurants), exercise counseling (how to set goals and exercise safely), and behavioral modification (staying motivated and understanding hunger).
