Madison Indicted on Charges of Murder, Rape, Kidnapping

CLEVELAND– The man accused of killing three women, whose bodies were found in East Cleveland earlier this month, has been indicted.

A Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted Michael Madison, 35, on 14 counts, including two counts each of aggravated murder in the deaths of Angela Deskins, 38, Shetisha Sheeley, 28, and Shirellda Terry, 18.

The indictment also included three counts of kidnapping, three counts of gross abuse of a corpse, one count of rape and one count of having weapons under disability.

In a separate case, Madison was also charged with a single felony count of failure to provide notice of change of address, since he is a convicted sex offender.

Madison was arrested on July 19. He’s behind bars on a $6 million bond.
