CLEVELAND–The Indians opened a four-game series with the White Sox Monday night, coming off a sweep of the Texas Rangers over the weekend.

The Tribe got on the board first in the second inning with a sac fly from Carlos Santana.

That scored Asdrubal Cabrera.

The White Sox took the lead in the sixth, scoring 2, thanks to hits by Adam Dunn and Paul Konerko.

The Indians would tie it up in the bottom of that same inning, when a bases loaded ground out by Cabrera scored Michael Bourn.

It only took one more swing of the bat to seal the victory.

Jason Giambi hit a walk off home run in the bottom of the 9th.

The tribe wins 3 to 2.

They have now won 5 in a row.
