Arrest Warrants Issued in Bystander’s Murder

CLEVELAND– Arrest warrants have been issued for two men wanted in connection with the death of James D. Swindler, III.

According to police, Swindler, 20, was the victim of a shooting on Columbia Avenue on Sunday morning.

A preliminary investigation shows two males were exchanging gunfire in the area. Swindler, who was not involved in the incident, was shot as he stood on his porch.

On Monday, police identified those two men as Carvin Catron, 22, and Jonathon Catron, 24.

Police said the brothers are considered armed and dangerous.
