-1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
-1 TSP Garlic
-1 TSP Salt
-1/2 TSP Pepper
-3 TBSP Champagne Vinegar
-1 Cup Olive Oil

Whisk the first five ingredients together while adding olive oil slowly. This will allow the dressing to thicken.
Let the dressing rest in the fridge for a half hour to let the ingredients mingle.
